Rashmi Lokukalutotage
Rashmi has many years of experience in teaching and caring for children. She also holds a Bachelors Degree, three Diplomas and two Certificate level qualification in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has been lecturing in this field since 2013. Currently the Head of Academics, she makes sure all courses meet national and international standards.

Mrs. Maya Dissanayake
She also holds Diplomas in Montessori Method, Child Psychology, Psychology and Counselling Psychology. She has work experience in USA and Sri Lanka. She has been a lecturer in this field since 2001, worked with World Vision Lanka to educate underprivileged children. Understanding the importance of weaning the children from drug trafficking, theft and educating them. She is passionate about the prevention of sexual abuse and the welfare of children.

She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Primary Education along with an Advanced Diploma in Psychology and Counselling Psychology from Sri Lanka. She has worked as an online counsellor and has over nine years of teaching experience. She is able to connect with students and provide more than just a classroom lesson experience.

Her qualifications and work experience in working with differently abled children is a value-addition to the company.

Mrs. Sandya Kodduruarachchi
She has 33 years of teaching experience. She served as the Principal at the School for the Blind , Ratmalana, and retired as a grade 1 government principal. She is trained teacher in special education, having received her training at the Maharagama Government Teacher Training College. Mrs. Sandya authored the book “Trainers Guide in Orientation and Mobility” (relevant to Special Education).

She has many years of experience in lecturing in the field of Early Childhood which our students benefit greatly from.
